What it is
Seating plans, guest sync, QR check-in and live awards for MEFMA gala events, in one app.
My role
Product owner and lead: spec, architecture, agent direction, testing and launch.
What shipped
Ticket sync, smart seating, QR check-in with certificates, email campaigns and the live Guess the Winner awards game.
Proof
  • Built for about 500 guests playing the live awards game.
  • Load-tested with 1,000 simulated players.
  • 63 automated unit tests.
  • Also built: a bilingual English and Arabic AI support chatbot for mefma.org.

Ledger and budgets, stock and recipes, POS imports, payroll and attendance, a CRM with WhatsApp and email, and a loyalty programme.
